SpaceLogic Customer Returns Policy

 
Return Window
  • Items may be returned within 30 days of despatch only.
Condition Requirements
  • Products must be in original, undamaged condition.
Initiation Process
  1. Submit the Return Merchandise Authorisation form (at right)
  2. List the items you wish to return and the reason
  3. Submit the form
  4. One of our team will be in contact to organize the return
Return Methods
  • Small items eg label holders can be sent via post
  • For larger items:
    – We will either organize a courier to pick up the product, or
    – We will organize one of our own trucks to collect the product
Refund Options
  • For online purchases:
    – Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
  • For account purchases:
    – Credit on your account
    – Exchange for another item
International Returns:
  • Available for items shipped to eligible countries
  • Customer responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  • Contact out team within 48 hours of receipt
  • We will cover return shipping for damaged or incorrectly shipped items
Restocking Fees:
  • May apply to custom or personalised items at the discretion of SpaceLogic

Allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed.

Return Merchandise Authorisation
By ticking this box you acknowledge and agree to the SpaceLogic Return Policy and Warrany Terms. To submit a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) request, please complete the following form. In order to expedite your request, please complete all information requested below and submit. You will be notified with an RMA number if your return request has been approved. Shipping information for sending the unit to SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd will be provided once the RMA is issued.
Please provide item number, quantity, description and reason for return (eg. Faulty/damaged item, incorrect item, not suitable, or other).
